Banana Almond Cake, healthy breakfast
Ingredients
White butter – ¼ kilo
Brown sugar – ¾ cup
Sugar – ¾ cup
Mashed banana – 6
Finely chopped almonds – 1 cup
Maida – 200 grams
Baking soda – 2 teaspoons
Hot milk – ¼ cup
Cooking soda – 1 teaspoon
Almond essence and banana - 1 teaspoon
Method
In a bowl, whisk together the butter, sugar, and sifted flour (maida, cooking soda, and baking soda).
Then add beaten egg and essence and shake well.
Add milk and keep stirring.
Then place it on a baking plate at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 to 40 minutes.
