  • 1/2 inch ginger, 7 cloves garlic.
  • 1 onion
  • Pink Himalayan salt as required
  • 1 teaspoon Kashmiri pepper,

  • 1 chopped.
  • 1 tablespoon water.
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder.
  • 200 grams of mushrooms, chopped.
  • 1/2 tablespoon hot spices.
  • 1 tablespoon chopped coriander

I am heating a wide pan with about 2 tablespoons of wood-pressed groundnut oil Instead of wood-pressed groundnut oil, you can use any locally sourced wood-pressed oils of your choice. Remember that healthy cooking is about using the right amount of oil. so try to use wood-pressed oils in your diet for your butter health.

Once the oil is heated, I'm adding in half a teaspoon of mustard seeds. Once the mustard seed starts to splutter, reduce the flame to the lowest, and add in one sprig of fresh curry leaves. I'm just tearing the curry leaves and adding in so that the flavors are released.

Next, I add half an inch of ginger and six to seven finely chopped garlic cloves. I am lightly frying the ginger and garlic. This will give the oil an amazing taste. It will have a good taste of garlic, ginger, and curry leaves. Next, I'm putting a chopped onion. Stir in the pink Himalayan salt as needed. Well, let the onions cook until they are light golden brown. Once the onion starts to turn light golden brown, I am going to add the rest of the ingredients. I am adding 1 teaspoon of Kashmiri chili powder, half a teaspoon of roasted cumin powder, also called cumin powder. Half a teaspoon of turmeric powder.

today am using bygone turmeric which has high curcumin content. one teaspoon of coriander powder is freshly ground homemade coriander powder, and gives this all a good mix that allows the spices to get lightly roasted.

So that the raw taste is less. Remember that the flame is the lowest. Next, I'm putting a tomato, a finely chopped spoon, into the water. Give it a good mix cover and let the tomatoes cook. Open the lid and shake it well. The tomatoes are now lightly cooked. I'm mixing tomatoes with a spatula. I am adding half a teaspoon of fresh pepper powder. Add 200 grams of mushrooms, which I have cut almost ly. Shake it well and let the mushrooms cook for two minutes.

When the mushrooms begin to ripen, the mushrooms begin to release moisture. It will release moisture. So I give it a good mix and allow the mushrooms to cook well. Open the lid. The moisture has been absorbed. Now shake it well and let the mushrooms lightly fry for about two minutes. Mix half a teaspoon of hot spices well and finally, I am sprinkling a tablespoon of chopped coriander. Stir well. Mushroom species are ready. You can transfer to another bowl. You can use this mushroom spice as a side dish for rice or bread, but today I am going to show you how to make mushroom masala dosa to make dosa with this mushroom spice.

I am heating my cast and toa and I am lubricating it with edible pressed sesame oil, which is also called ginger oil or nana in Malayalam. Once the Tawa is hot, put the flame in at least one and a half steps full of dosa batter and spread it. Finely drizzle wood pressed oil as needed. Now instead of wood-pressed sesame oil, you can use ghee or wood-pressed oil.

You can use it locally. The dosa batter I used is the batter I made for the set dosha. So you can enjoy these types of recipes in your weight loss journey. Once the dosa starts frying, add 2 tablespoons of mushroom filling. I lightly spread the mushroom fold dosa like this and then attach it to the end. In the middle, turn it over and serve on a plate.
